Hi, I’m Pilar — founder of The Wilton House.

Based in Connecticut, The Wilton House is a creative home studio rooted in timeless New England style, layered with warmth, character, patina, and a touch of old world charm. I’m drawn to spaces that feel collected over time rather than overly designed — homes that are beautiful, welcoming, and deeply lived in.

I live in Wilton with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs, where I spend most days dreaming up house projects, gardening, cooking, hosting friends, and finding inspiration in the rhythms of everyday family life.

What began as years of helping friends rework rooms, source pieces, and make their homes feel more cohesive has evolved into a thoughtfully approachable design offering — helping clients create spaces that feel elevated, personal, and functional without the overwhelm of a traditional design firm.

Whether it’s refreshing a single room, sourcing finishing layers, or helping a home feel more intentional and complete, my goal is always the same: creating spaces that feel warm, timeless, and truly yours.
